Fired woman assaults co-workers
A 21-year-old Ann Arbor woman who was fired from her job Wednesday is accused of slapping her boss and putting another employee’s face through a computer screen, Ann Arbor police said.
The woman worked at the Holiday Inn in the 3600 block of Plymouth Road. Her 61-year-old supervisor said he terminated her Wednesday at 3:30 p.m., and she slapped him in the face before walking out of his office.
A 21-year-old employee who was exiting the restaurant area at the time said the fired employee suddenly grabbed her by the back of the neck and pushed her face into a computer screen, shattering it.
The fired employee fled. The supervisor and other employee both suffered minor injuries.
Police have not yet located the suspect.
