Phallic symbol painted on greens

An eight-foot-long phallic symbol was spray-painted on the greens of the Ann Arbor Country Club in Webster Township, according to the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Department.

The vandalism was discovered Monday at the course in the 4600 block of East Loch Alpine. Sheriff’s Cmdr. Dave Egeler said the vandal used gold spray paint and caused a couple of thousand dollars in damage if the grass needs to be cut or reseeded.
