Ypsilanti woman punched by teen girl
An Ypsilanti woman said she was punched in the chest Monday by a teenager who was angry that her daughter wasn’t at home.
Ypsilanti police said that the woman reported that five or six teenage girls kicked at her door in the 300 block of South Street at about 3:30 p.m. and demanded to see her daughter and her new puppy.
When the woman told them her daughter wasn’t home, she said, one of the girls punched her in the chest. She was not seriously injured.
